Ways to Book?

https://easyhomebooking.com  is Our main booking platform . You can pay using Stripe system for Credit Cards of Direct Bank Transfere.

What If I Cancel My reservation?

In case of cancellation or no show, you will pay the following cost: 30% of total price.Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to apartment type. Please   enter the dates of your stay  and check what conditions apply to your preferred room.

 

Can I change My Dates of arrival?

Yes you can do it 10 days before your arrival. First you need to make your new reservation and after that we are going to refund your money from the previous one.

Do I need to pay Security Deposit?

A EUR 500 damage deposit is required on arrival. You can pay using Credit Card or PayPal .This deposit will be fully refunded 7 days after check-out, as long as there isn’t any damage to the property.

Why Linens and Towels are expencive?

We provide you linens and towels for professional use. They are manufactured from materials that can be able to washed multiple time without any damages at professional laundry. Only that way of work give 100% clean .

Traveling With Baby?

We are going to be happy to accommodate you with  baby in Our properties. We highly recommended you to order baby cot before your arrival. Will cost you 20€ by stay.

Parkings?

If there are free parking in apartment that will be visible in description. If there are parking with additional cost we are going to explain you on your M&G. Around  every property there are public parking that you can use. Tariffs are different  and its depend of your days of stay

Do I need Travel Insurance?

We recommend to all Our Clients to have a Touristic Insurance doesn’t matter where they travel. All Our properties are safe and secure .

Can I add some extras?

Of course you can, please see a list of extras that you can add:

  • sets of linens and towels
  • hygiene pack
  • beach towels
  • baby cot
  • baby chair
  • mid-stay cleaning
How I will reach the apartment and pick up the keys?

When you have made your reservation ,you have an address on your property. You can reach it using Uber, Taxi, Bus or Tram. We need to call  on number of your M&G agent 30 minutes before your arrival . Your agent will wait you on from side of the building. He is going to explain you everything in the apartment and will give you the keys. You are going to leave us security deposit and will need to sign electronic check in form .

Hours for Check in and Check out?

Standard Check in started from 15:00 o’clock to 20:00 o’clock . Will be great if you inform us your approximately time of arrival ,like that we can arrange your M&G . 

You can arrive later than 20:00 o’clock but you are going to have additional fee for Check in late depends of the time. Please ask for more .

Are Pets allowed in Vacation Property ?

Pets are allowed in some of Our properties after demand. You are going to have additional fee of 50€ by stay. That fee we use to pay for additional special cleaning after your stay. We need to be sure that the property is safe for person alergic from animal and we need sertificate after that cleaning, so we pay to professinal cleaning company to do that.

How COMFORTABLE is Sofa-Bed?

The answer is Yes. We use only good quality of mattresses in Our properties. There are no difference between mattresses on bedroom and in to Sofa bed.

WIFI?

All Our apartments has WIFI available with no extra cost. Most of the WIFI networks are “Fibre” that are very fast and stable

TV?

The Television in all Our property is box using internet. There are multiple channels and different languages.  The quality is HD and there are YouTube and Netflix (optional and not include in the price) apps available
